View/download monthly updated member rosters, change reports and mailing labels.
Membership Incentive Reports
View quarterly reports detailing members recruited by your Chapter through the Membership Incentive Payment Program and funds owed/paid via direct deposit to your chapter's checking account.  Please note that the reports do not show the deposit date.  Deposits are generally made mid-month following the close of a quarter (in Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
Annual Reports:
View/download archived Chapter Annual Reports. Complete and submit the current form.
